Ari Behn’s “Sad as hell” (Trist som faen) is a collection of short stories that concentrate on small but important life events. These stories are very short, simple and minimalistic, but at the same time condensed, expressive and beautiful.
Design of the book is based on the idea of minimalism and abstract expressionism. Details of the cover illustration come from the various novels and meet the essence of the entire book. I used collage elements relevant stories in the book.
